RUNurse: Running Is Like Nursing!

If you want to develop confidence, be a body-builder. If you want to become resilient, be a RUNurse.

When it comes to running, many might assume that success hinges predominantly on physical capabilities: stamina, strength, and speed. However, as seasoned runners and athletes know, the reality is that running is as much a mental game as it is a physical one. It’s a paradox that resonates deeply with anyone who has pushed through the discomfort of a long run or the exhaustion of a challenging workout. In the realm of resilience, running embodies the idea that physical prowess constitutes only about 10% of the journey, while mental grit and determination account for the remaining 90%.
