For nurses, maintaining physical health through running helps manage the physical demands of the job, such as long shifts and strenuous activities. Enhanced fitness improves endurance, reduces fatigue, and supports overall well-being, enabling nurses to provide better care and handle job stresses more effectively.
Running offers nurses a crucial outlet for managing the mental stress and emotional challenges of the profession. The mental clarity and stress relief gained from running help nurses stay focused, resilient, and emotionally balanced, which is essential for maintaining high standards of patient care and personal well-being.

Group activities builds camaraderie & provides a network who understand the unique challenges of the nursing profession, creating a supportive environment that contributes to personal fulfillment & job satisfaction.
